Phone Sales Representative – Colorado Springs – Late June Class

  • Follow-up on warm leads to schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Confirm customer appointments with the Sales Consultant team
  • Collect customer information such as monthly kW usage and monthly electric charges
  • Assign customer cases based on usage or home specifications
  • Provide solid expectations to customers on the next steps and how to prepare for the in-house consultation
  • Create “fully qualified” leads – all information has been verified
  • MBE goals for both team based goals and individual metrics
  • Follow-up with customers as necessary


  • Telemarketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • CRM experience
  • Passionate about the environment and renewable energy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Ability to reach or exceed goals on a consistent basis
  • Drive new business while representing all service areas
  • Comfortable with phone sales and adapting to customers’ individuality
  • Bilingual a plus! (Spanish, Russian, Hindi)
